Kistler’s Type 9269A RoaDyn S6HT System 2000 is a six-component wheel force transducer (WFT) designed to measure three forces and moments during chassis and component road load data acquisition and other heavy truck, bus, and military special vehicle testing applications. The system features a modular design with six individually calibrated and replaceable three-component, heavy-duty load cells. An identification chip within each cell stores component parameters to prevent data misidentification and improve system performance. The WFT system can be operated remotely via PC and is mechanically mounted between the wheel hub and rim ring in various configurations. Type 9269A is IP65-sealed for moisture and dust protection, with optional IP67 sealing for limited submersion environments.
