SAE International Automotive Headquarters VIP Services for Members

Join SAE!

This VIP service program is an additional benefit to the SAE International member. No applications or additional cost; just visit the SAE Automotive Headquarters and experience additional on site resources and services. SAE International membership is required.

1. Free Notary Public Service

   SAE International Member:
   Any SAE Member is entitled to make an appointment at SAE International Headquarters or stop in the offices (during normal business hours 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and receive free notary public services within the Michigan State Guidelines for such services.

   Non-Member:
   A non-member of SAE International will be charged a fee of $10.00, subject to rules as outlined above.

2. Free Meeting Room and Equipment

   SAE International Member:
   Any SAE Member may request a meeting room and optional equipment at SAE International Automotive Headquarters, and upon availability; be granted such free of charge.

   Must be within normal business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).
   SAE International does not endorse, promote or sponsor your meeting.
   Any communications must be approved prior to any distribution using SAE property addresses.

   Non-Member:
   Normal facility rental fee and rules apply. $250.00 - $750.00 plus weekend and after hours fees will apply. Equipment is an additional fee. Call 248-273-2455 for details.

   SAE International Member:
   On site Internet access to SAE International Career Center Services.

   Non-Member:
   No access to SAE International Career Center Services.

5. Fax, Copy and Print Services

   SAE International Member:
   SAE International member may obtain up to a maximum of twenty pages each of fax, copy or printing services with the assistance of the administrative staff.

   Non-Member:
   Not applicable except committees for SAE International and authorized by SAE International staff representative.

6. Additional On Site Staff Support

   SAE International Member:
   SAE International Automotive Headquarters staff will provide additional support to accommodate VIP Program (services) to all members. Also on site renewals etc.

   Non-Member:
   SAE International Automotive Headquarters will continue to provide the best customer service to all of our members, visitors and guests.
