Popular Ride & Drive Event Will Highlight SAE International 2015 World Congress in Detroit

WARRENDALE, Pa., Feb. 24, 2015 -

SAE International will again host the popular Ride & Drive event during the SAE 2015 World Congress & Exhibition, scheduled for April 21-23 at Cobo Center in Detroit. 

Executive leadership for the SAE World Congress is being provided by Honda, and the Tier One Strategic Partner is Continental.

Vehicles provided by multiple OEMs and suppliers for the Ride & Drive event will showcase innovative technologies such as advanced propulsion, recent launches, and specialty or halo vehicles. All vehicles are test driven on a 10-minute course.

The Ride & Drive is open to all registered attendees of SAE 2015 World Congress. Dates and times include:

·         Tuesday, April 21                 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

·         Wednesday, April 22           10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

·         Thursday, April 23               10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
