Zeitlow Receives SAE Technical Standards Board Outstanding Contribution Award

WARRENDALE, Pa., Dec. 20, 2005 - Roy ZeitlowRoy Zeitlow of International Truck and Engine Corp. has been selected to receive SAE International’s Technical Standards Board Outstanding Contribution Award.

The award, established in 1953, recognizes individuals for outstanding service in technical committee activities of the society.

Zeitlow is a brake systems manager in the chassis systems engineering division at International.  He focuses on leading new product development and holds two patents in air brake engineering.  He is a member of SAE International’s Truck and Bus Foundation Brake Committee and Electronically Controlled Brake Subcommittee.  He is also a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Zeitlow holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from  LeTourneau Universityand a master’s degree in management from  Indiana Wesleyean University.
