Electronics Conference Slated for October in Detroit

WARRENDALE, Pa., April 16, 2008 - Automotive electronics and the technology that drives its creation will take center stage at Cobo Center in Detroit during Convergence 2008, Oct. 20-22.

Convergence 2008 brings together the world’s leading electronics technology professionals, engineers and business executives to discuss significant topics related to the future of electronics in automobiles. On tap will be technical sessions, panel discussions and keynote presentations from some of the top executives in the automotive industry.

The theme for Convergence 2008 is “Vehicle Electronics Converging on Real Customer Needs.” Host company for the event is Chrysler and serving as conference chair is William H. Mattingly, Vice President Electrical/Electronics Engineering Core, Chrysler.
