Honda President and CEO to Keynote SAE World Congress Banquet

WARRENDALE, Pa., Jan. 26, 2009 - Takeo Fukui, president and chief executive officer of Honda Motor Company, will be the featured speaker at the SAE 2009 World Congress Annual Banquet, scheduled Thursday, April 23, 2009, at 7 p.m. in the Renaissance Ballroom of the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center.

The event, which has grown into one of the largest gatherings of global automotive industry leaders, caps off the four-day SAE 2009 World Congress hosted this year by Honda with Bosch as the Tier One Strategic Partner.

The SAE 2009 World Congress, with its theme “Racing to Green Mobility,” begins Monday, April 20, and is held at Cobo Center in Detroit. The SAE 2009 World Congress offers the global automotive industry’s most comprehensive technical program, featuring technical papers, SAE seminars, exhibits, the AVL Technology Leadership Theater, the FEV Powertrain Innovation Forum and the SAE Executive Business Theater.
