Faculty Advisors play an important role in the development of students as future engineers.  To help acknowledge this, The Teetor Educational Award Committee has established a program to recognize outstanding Faculty Advisors at SAE Collegiate Branches.

In order to be considered for this award, a Faculty Advisor must meet the following criteria:

• Be a paid SAE member in good standing
• Be an SAE Faculty Advisor for a minimum of three years
• Maintain a minimum number of student members (an average of 25 paid student members for the last three years) at the level of Collegiate Branch
• May not have been a recipient of this award in the previous 3 years.

* This award is only available for Faculty Advisors in North America.

The recipient receives a trip to the SAE World Congress & Exhibition in Detroit and is presented a plaque at the SAE Faculty Advisors Committee meeting.

To nominate yourself or your Faculty Advisor, please complete the application. Each nomination should be accompanied by a Student Officer Recommendation from a member of your Collegiate Branch.

Both forms must be returned by October 31.
