SAE Award & Recognition Programs

Purpose

• Provide an incentive to SAE members and others associated with mobility engineering to make significant engineering contributions or to render outstanding service to SAE through their leadership, service on committees, or presentation of outstanding oral or written presentations and to recognize those contributions.

• Enhance the perceived image of SAE and the profession of mobility engineering by calling attention to outstanding contributions.

• Encourage entry into the automotive engineering profession, motivate practitioners to achievement, and make SAE more attractive to its present and potential members.
