SAE AeroTech Conference & Exhibition to Take Off in October

Warrendale, PA (April 11, 2005) - The Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center will be the site of the 2005 SAE AeroTech Congress and Exhibition, Oct. 3-6.

Created for aerospace executives, and production and engineering professionals, this event will provide a forum to address the common goal of advancing the aerospace industry on all levels, including air-vehicle design, manufacturing and safety.

Three main themes will highlight the AeroTech Congress - Defense, Commercial and Engineering and Quality Processes. The important issues that will be discussed through four individual conferences to be co-located with the event:

  • World Aerospace Conference
  • International Powered Lift Conference
  • Advances in Aviation Safety Conference
  • Aerospace Manufacturing & Automated Fastening Conference

The AeroTech Congress will also feature an exhibition and several networking events, including receptions, luncheons and an evening banquet.

The Congress is supported by Lockheed Martin, Bell Helicopter, Boeing, Vought Aircraft, Sikorsky Aircraft, NASA, Honeywell, Goodrich Aerostructures, Rolls-Royce, U.S. Air Force and the Performance Review Institute (PRI).
