CONEXPO-CON/AGG vehicle highlights
The top construction equipment OEMs showcased their latest vehicles at the March 1999 exposition. The CONEXPO-CON/AGG exposition is held every three years for the construction, aggregates, and ready-mixed concrete industries. The show was organized by the Construction Industry Manufacturers Association (CIMA), the National Aggregates Association (NAA) and the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), and is managed by CIMA and the International Concrete and Aggregates Group. Co-sponsors included the National Stone Association (NSA) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America. The 1999 event featured 1883 exhibitors, over 1.73 million ft2 of exhibit space, and attracted more than 121,000 visitors from around the world.
