New Holland tracked and wheeled excavators feature three-pump hydraulic system
-
New Holland Construction has introduced nine tracked and three wheeled excavators, which cover the 11.8 - 61.2-t (13-57.2-ton) classes. These models link greater performance with ease of operation and reduce servicing costs. The series EC and EW models are offered in standard and specialty configurations, which enable the company to meet the diverse needs of its customers, including those working in the construction and demolition industries, as well as in waste, scrap, and material handling fields. Spanning 59.7-283.5-kW (80-380 hp), the Cummins diesel engines deliver rugged reliability, good fuel economy, and great power. They also benefit from low levels of noise and vibration, which helps improve operator comfort. A key feature of this series is the advanced three-pump hydraulic system. Running on a rugged chassis, the tracks on Series EC excavators have a number of features that help reduce service costs, including an available, patented cleaning and guide shoe, which removes dirt from the track faces and reduces abrasion wear.
