Error 404--Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.4.5 404 Not Found

The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

Reaction torque sensors

The Series 2300 and 2508 reaction torque sensors from the Force/Torque Div. of PCB Piezotronics are high-accuracy, strain-gauge-type units that address torque measurements in applications such as lubricant studies, torsion testing, brake testing, bearing friction, dynamometers, stepping switch torque, and starter testing. The units incorporate many features, including high torsional stiffness, flange mounting, the ability to operate with high extraneous loads, short coupling, and temperature compensation.

Hardness testers

The L.S. Starrett Co.'s Model 3810 and 3811 portable hardness testing devices are compact, have advanced functions, provide high accuracy and repeatability, and are easy to use. They can test all metals, outputting a wide range of results in Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell, and shore values. Since they are plug-and-play devices, time-consuming probe-to-system reconfiguration is eliminated.

Exposure testing cabinet

Entela, Inc. Engineering and Testing Laboratories has purchased an exterior xenon weatherometer cabinet that allows it to test automotive exterior trim, moldings, and components to the SAE J1960 standard in-house. The unit reproduces and accelerates the natural degradation process in a controlled exposure test with precision and repeatability. It also allows acceleration rates and confidence levels to be selected based upon particular test requirements.

Radar test system

The ME7220A radar test system from Anritsu Co. uses low-cost, innovative design methods for testing mm-wave automotive radar. Featuring good accuracy and repeatability characteristics at 76-77 GHz, the unit is a suitable solution for characterizing current and future generations of automotive radar, including adaptive cruise control and collision warning or avoidance radar. The system combines target simulation and signal analysis capability.

EMC calibration

Schaffner is combining its UKAS-approved calibration services for EMC test equipment and RF instrumentation into one—the CalShop one-stop service. The service has also been extended to include EMC test receivers, loop antennae, and rod antennae. CalShop's capability covers antennae, networks, probes, emissions measuring devices, amplifiers, chambers, open-area test sites, and conducted-interference generators.
