Precleaners

Sy-Klone Intl. has expanded its Series 9000 air precleaner line to include the 4 to 75 kW (5-100 hp) ranges. The current line, which includes eight precleaners, now includes a 50-mm (2-in.) model with a 566-2832 (20-100 ft3/min) range, and a 75-mm (3-in.) model with a 2124-5663 (75-200 ft3/min) range. The precleaners are designed to eliminate all types of mixed debris in various industries including construction, agriculture, waste management, turf, forestry and mining.

Engine controller is laptop programmable

Synchro-Start Products' APECSr 4000 electronic engine controller was designed to realize the benefits of a drive-by-wire electronic management system in utility vehicles. The controller is laptop programmable and tamper proof. It is distinguished by a pedal-position sensor input and offers multi-speed or variable-speed control. Other features include ground-speed limiting, a PTO enable switch, engine protection capabilities, and an auxiliary output.

Vibration isolators offer ozone resistance

Tech Products Corp.'s Stable-Flex mounts provide the solution for protecting equipment if the application requires an efficient vibration isolator that has low axial natural frequency, increased lateral stability, rugged construction, and a fail-safe design, combined with easy installation. These vibration isolators have been engineered specifically to isolate lightweight, low-speed equipment. The complex geometry of the elastomer element in the mount provides a low axial stiffness and greater lateral stability. The isolators are constructed of zinc-plated low carbon steel bonded to neoprene for better ozone and oil resistance.
