Volvo's small articulated hauler
A big hauler engineered into a compact package allows Volvo Construction Equipment to offer its smallest truck with features of larger models. The result is the new A25D 4x4, a model that has a wheelbase 400 mm (16 in) shorter than its predecessor, and the option of adding a useful turn-around system. The hydraulically operated package allows the truck to turn through 180° in just 9.5 m (31 ft), with the entire operation taking just 25 s to complete—useful when working in confined areas such as tunnels and underground mines.
