LED strobe lamps

The new oval and 100-mm (4-in) round LED auxiliary strobe lamps from Grote Industries offer a cost-effective and reliable alternative to the strobe lighting used today, according to Grote. Conventional strobe lamps use gaseous discharge tubes, which have a short life and require a large external power supply. Grote's LED strobe lamps require a simple 12-V dc connection without the need for an external power supply. The strobe lamps can be set to perform in either dual or quad flash, and feature a high-performance "bullet-proofing" potting to protect against dirt, moisture, and corrosion. The maintenance-free, self-lubricating plain bearings have applications in equipment and machinery for the industrial market. The fluoropolymer bearing material is soft enough to handle (backlash-free) interference fits with minimal stick-slip and a low coefficient of friction. The bearings are available with metal backing of aluminum and bronze-steel. Heavy-duty wiper motor

Originally designed for harsh marine environments, the AFI MRV wiper motor from Marinco is a heavy-duty wiper motor with a right angle drive that easily powers 610 x 610-mm (24 x 24-in) arm/blade combinations, accommodating blades as large as 610-in (24-in) long. The two-speed motor can be operated as a one-speed motor, using either a three- or two-position switch. Suitable for a variety of industrial, agricultural, off-road, and specialty vehicles, it comes with a factory pre-set sweep of 80 or 110° and is installer-adjustable to 45, 60, 80, or 110°. The motor is adjustable for right or left self-parking, with coast-to-park. The MRV's construction includes corrosion-resistant casing and stainless-steel fasteners and mounting bracket. Polyurethane seals

Grover Corp.'s CoolPac low-friction seals are manufactured from a liquid-cast, polyurethane compound with a low-friction additive.
