Pump/motor assemblies

Portable hydraulic sensor array

The Flo-tech Div. of Racine Federation Inc. offers a portable hydraulic sensor array with load valve available with either U.S. or metric ports. The compact sensor array simultaneously measures the flow, pressure, and temperature of mobile or stationary hydraulic systems and components and provides information that can be used for diagnostic troubleshooting or performance verification of hydraulic circuits and components. The load valve offers fingertip control of pressure up to 41 MPa (6000 psi) and allows the operator to simulate load of multifunctional hydraulic systems. The unit is capable of providing portable hydraulic system diagnostics for TEE testing and inline testing of various hydraulic components.

Miniature manifold pump

Hydronic Corp. offers a low cost, miniature version of its air driven hydraulic pump. The P901 is offered in seven models with pressures from 4 to 70 MPa (600 to 10,000 psi). Each pump measures 127 x 102 x 76 mm (5 x 4 x 3 in). The pump bolts directly onto a manifold, eliminating the threaded pipe connections to valves. Circuit components can also benefit from the double acting design because the piston return spring has been eliminated, removing an element of mechanical shock.
