Precision dispensing
CCI Products' EZ Pumper makes the addition of fluids to most gasoline or diesel equipment such as garden tractors, generators, lawn mowers, motorcycles, marine engines, and diesels easier, safer, cleaner, and environmentally responsible. It can deliver measured fluids from 30 to 590 mL (1 to 20 oz). The EZ Pumper is calibrated in ounces, milliliters, and ratios (for one-gallon applications).
Durable cylinders
Eaton's Fluid Power Group's Q6, HQ6, and NQ6 Hydro-Line cylinders are designed to withstand the rigorous environments and cycle demands of industrial applications. The cylinders come with pressure-energized nitrile rod seals that compensate for wear. They also feature a nonmetallic piston wear ring that virtually eliminates metal-to-metal contact between the piston and cylinder bore. They come pre-lubricated from the factory and are available with optional cushions that incorporate an advanced floating-cushion seal.
Hose wrap
Spirally cut expandable plastic wrap from M.M. Newman Corp. is available in sizes up to 102 mm (4 in) for protecting large hydraulic and pneumatic hoses from abrasion. The Heli-Tube wrap protects and bundles hoses up to 305 mm (12 in). Developed for use in off-road environments, the wrap is available in natural and UV-resistant black polyethylene and custom colors in continuous lengths up to 13.7 m (45 ft) or cut to order.
Hand plasma cutting
The Powermax1250 G3 Series portable hand plasma cutting system from Hypertherm Inc. features cut speeds that are 80% faster than most competitors when tested on 25-mm (1-in) mild steel. Auto-voltage input sensing allows the operator to run on voltages from 200 to 600 V, 1- or 3-phase, and CE models 230 to 400 V, 3-phase without the need for manual linking. A boost conditioner circuit compensates for any voltage variation.
Dc-dc converter
Axiomatic Technologies Corp.'s 48-24 V dc-to-dc converter provides clean, 24-V dc power suitable for 24-V solenoids, relays, and other electrical systems. For operation under harsh and demanding conditions, the unit is fully sealed and potted in an enclosure to protect against moisture, shock, and vibration. The device manages heat dissipation and requires no forced cooling systems. Short circuit and reverse polarity protection are provided. The compact unit is designed with rugged surge and transient suppression in addition to sustained over/under voltage protection.
