Connectors
The Amphe-Power connector series from Amphenol Industrial Operations allows users to increase the current load per circuit while reducing the total number of circuits in the application, resulting in lower overall costs. The series consists of Amphenol's Power P-lok, GT Reverse Bayonet, and threaded MS5015 style connectors, all incorporating the patented RADSOK socket system with a large, face-to-face surface area engagement that results in a low volt drop connection and low insertion force.
One-line system
Allied Power Products, Inc.'s One Line System for cable-operated clamshell buckets and grabs enables any conventional two-line bucket or grab to be easily adapted to operate with one winch line. Applications that were difficult in the past—such as using a cable clamshell bucket on a hydraulic excavator—are now practical and productive.
Clamp tester
Global Industrial Products' Mighty-Meter Clamp Tester has a compact size and measures voltage, current, and resistance. The easy-to-read meter features solid-state design, data-hold function, and auto power off. The data-hold function enables measurement to be retained where an immediate visual reading cannot be made. The Mighty-Meter has a mass of 100 g and a sampling time of two seconds.
Signal conditioner
Option 481-104 for Series 481 multi-channel signal conditioners from the Electronics Div. of PCB Piezotronics, Inc. permits operation with, and read-write capabilities for, TEDS sensors in conformance with IEEE P1451 standards. The option promotes increased productivity for multi-channel, vibration testing requirements such as structural testing and modal analysis. Information that is stored in the nonvolatile memory of a TEDS sensor such as sensor model number, serial number, and sensitivity is read by the signal conditioner. The information may then be passed to the data acquisition system for channel identification and scaling.
Signal lamp
The multi-function Squircular lamp range from Britax PMG Ltd. is suitable for a range of construction, agricultural, industrial, and commercial vehicles. It can be specified as a single, double, or triple chamber, depending on the function required. The combination lamps can be mounted vertically, horizontally, and at different angles; the synthetic rubber body provides improved resistance to vibration and shock. All lamps are pre-wired and feature bulb holders produced from glass-filled nylon with stainless-steel bulb contacts for improved reliability.
