LDV sensor
The latest addition to the Canon LDV line is the miniature S-100Z Laser Doppler Velocimetry sensor. Suited for measuring movement velocity of solid objects, powders, and fluids, the laser process control system provides highly accurate, noncontact velocity measurements in numerous manufacturing and production applications. The sensor measures a range of velocities of moving substrates from -12 to +120 m/min (-40 to +395 ft/min). Due to its reduced size, the S-100Z can be used in applications where space is restricted or where process control areas have been miniaturized, and it provides quality and process control due to its detection precision of ±1%.
Relay
CII Technologies' Kilovac EV200 single-pole, single-throw relay is UL recognized for U.S. and Canadian applications and CE marked for European alternative power and dc battery transfer applications, including power backup, trucks, buses, boats, and trains. The small, sealed relay was originally designed for next-generation hybrid, fuel-cell, and electric vehicles for which reliable, high-voltage switching is required. The contacts are hermetically sealed by a low-cost proprietary process, then back filled with nitrogen that prevents oxidation to the copper contacts.
Rotary switches
Cam-Action Rotary Switches from Electroswitch are designed to meet the demands of critical industrial applications. Reliable and adaptable, the switches boast continuous ratings ranging from 20 to 800 A at 600 V, providing up to 12 positions and up to 24 poles. They feature improved power ratings for motor loads and double-break silver alloy contacts. Cam-Action Rotary Switches are available with base, door, waterproof, single-hole, two-hole, or four-hole mount. Other options include key interlock, key operation, spring return, gear-driven operation, and padlock compatibility.
Emergency stop switch
The Hobbs' emergency stop switch is an environmentally sealed, sliding-contact, push/pull switch incorporating two circuits with multiple combinations. The switch can be designed with a single circuit in either the push or pull position, with two circuits in either the push or pull positions, or with a single circuit in both the push and pull position. The dual o-ring design protects the contact chamber by isolating it from any moisture or other contaminant.

Tyco Electronics Corp.'s passive electronics products include Agastat timers and relays, Alcoswitch switches and knobs, AMP connectors and fiber optics, Buchanan terminal blocks, Microdot connectors, OEG relays, P&B relays, and Schrack relays.
