Coating systems
Lord HPC-5C (clear) and HPC-5B (black) elastomer coatings were developed to improve the oil and ozone resistance of various materials used in industrial, marine, and agricultural applications. The coatings offer heat resistance, environmental protection, adhesion to rubber and metal, and the ability to withstand dynamic motions. They cure at room temperature and can protect natural rubber substrate from ozone and from moderate exposure to petroleum oils and fuels.
