Leak testing
The Sentinel M24 from Cincinnati Test Systems is a compact and versatile leak test instrument that provides repeatable, high-resolution tests, fast cycle times, vacuum fluorescent graphic display, and an embedded operator interface. The instrument can function in single- or multiple-station configurations to eliminate numerous instruments by managing up to four stations, and it reduces part fill and exhaust times by 80%. Features include automatic calibration, correction for temperature changes, a modular design, tooling control functions, 16 x 14 x 8 in (406 x 356 x 203 mm) size, and a Quik Test function that further decreases the test cycle time. The M24 can communicate directly to the factory or to other networks via Ethernet, conventional ports, or through PDAs or e-mail alerts.
