Power unit
The P923 series power units from Hydronic Corp. put 5.7 L/min (1.5 gal/min) and 20,680 kPa (3000 psi) directly into a D03 manifold with a two-bolt interface. Reciprocating pumps driven by compressed air are the standard bases for the power units. The range includes seven models covering flows up to 34 L/min (9 gal/min) and pressures up to 68,900 kPa (10,000 psi). Integrating pumps, valves, and other modules together on the same manifold requires less floor space in the customer's plant. Circuits calling for higher horsepowers are accommodated by extending the manifold and using two pumps, one for flow and one for pressure.
Pressure transducers
Kavlico's model P321 OEM differential pressure transducers are suitable for air, water, engine air intake, exhaust gas, coolant, oil, and fuel flows as well as product mixing and blending applications. Designed for high-volume applications, the robust sensors can be specified with pressure ranges of 0-34 to 0-345 kPa (0-5 to 0-50 psi) with a 0-410 kPa (0-60 psi) operating line pressure. They operate on a 5-V dc power supply, providing a 0.5 to 4.5-V dc output. The housings are compatible with a wide array of liquids and gasses and may be specified with or without a bracket assembly, depending on the mounting configuration requirements.
Ultrasonic flowmeter
The Time Delta M from Fuji Electric offers simple, menu-driven programming via built-in keypad as well as 4-20 mA, pulse frequency, totalizer, and alarm outputs. Clamp-on sensors eliminate concerns about ultrapure or toxic fluids and contamination. Multiple language support is available.
Testing instruments
An eight-page, four-color overview of the Webster Instruments product line includes portable hydraulic testers, turbine and positive displacement flowmeters, pressure transducers, panel readouts, inline flow indicators, hydraulic test stand instrumentation, pressure test kits, and portable/industrial data acquisition equipment. The brochure features technical and dimensional data as well as suggested uses.
Hydraulic collet closer
The 22J collet closer from Lexair, Inc., featuring a 57-mm (2.25-in) capacity, oper-ates at a maximum 34,000 kPa (5000 psi) for heavy-duty clamping in high-pressure applications. Its all-steel, fixed-length design keeps the collet and part stable to maintain a fixed height from part to part.
