Belt precleaner
Flexco's EZP1 conveyor belt head pulley precleaner is the first product in the company's Rockline conveyor line. Designed for improved cleaning efficiency and simpler maintenance than conventional low-end solid-blade precleaners, EZP1 features a visual indicator for precise tension control, a one-piece urethane blade that renews its edge as it wears, material path blade sizing that helps maintain correct belt contact and reduces the frequency of blade retensioning, as well as easy installation and quick, slide-in blade change when replacement is due. Blades and mounting poles are sized for 10 standard belt widths from 12 to 72 in (300 to 1825 mm).
