Metric fittings
Brennan Industries' metric fittings include BSPP, BSPT, Metric Bite Type, JIS, Komatsu, and Metric Face Seal. Designed for both hydraulic and pneumatic applications, the fittings are available with custom sizes and styles or in over 1300 standard configurations. The fittings meet JIC, SAE, and international standards.
Divider valve
A proportional divider valve from Source Fluid Power enables users to modify the split ratio externally, without changing internal components. The ratio can be adjusted remotely with the company's motorized flow-control feature. The SFP 25254 valve will divide input flow anywhere from a 50/50 to an 80/20 split and is suitable for any valve-type application requiring an adjustable divider. A common use is to divert flow to a hydraulic motor driving a liquid pump that delivers a pre-wetting solution on salt and sand spreaders. With modifications, the valve can also be supplied as a divider-combiner.
Electrohydraulic control
A 44-page catalog from HydraForce includes technical information for its electro-hydraulic control products, including DIN coil mount, PCB, and metal box enclosed models for remote mounting. The multi-function, dual-solenoid driver (IP65 rated) is potted in a metal box and has seven output signals for various joystick-activated control functions using hydraulic proportional and directional valves.
Hydraulic pump
TTI's HTP1 hydraulic pump can generate pressure up to 103,400 kPa (15,000 psi) using hydraulic oil, Skydrol, or distilled water. The hand-held pump includes a high-pressure or priming selector on the scissor-action pump mechanism, making pressure generation above 34,500 kPa (5000 psi) easier. Applications include electronic calibrators, digital indicators, analog gauges, pressure transmitters, transducers, and relief valves.
Thin-film pressure transducers
Series 1500 thin-film pressure transducers and transmitters from PCB Piezotronics feature all-welded construction and integral hermetic connector or molded, integral cable options. The stainless-steel, rugged construction is suitable for laboratory, factory, field, or submersible environments. Full-scale ranges span from full vacuum to 41,400 kPa (6000 psi) with accuracies to 0.1%. In addition, 0-5 V dc, 0-10 V dc, or loop-powered, 4-20 mA output signals are available.
