Door alarm
The door jamb switch from Cole Hersee Co. alerts an operator of off-highway equipment if a door or hoist is ajar, or if some other component of the vehicle or boat is not in proper position. The switch can be used in conjunction with the company's pilot lights or 4099 buzzer to visually or audibly alert the operator. A black rubber boot covers and protects the switch, making it rugged and weather resistant. When depressed, the steel-plated switch is in the off position. It can operate at temperatures of -30 to +85°C (-22 to +185°F), has a voltage drop of 0.3-V maximum at 4 A, features an endurance of 100,000 cycles at 5 to15 cpm at 14 V, 4A load, and is mounted with a screw plate.
