Off-road liners
Developed for use in off-road articulated dump trucks and heavy equipment, QuickSilver Off-Road heavy equipment liners from Poly Hi Solidur feature a slick surface; improved sliding abrasion resistance; and are UV-, impact-, corrosion-, and moisture-resistant, reducing carryback of bulk materials such as coal, minerals, ores, clay, overburden, and dirt, even at freezing temperatures. Available in prefabricated kits that include predrilled fastener holes and all necessary hardware, the heavy-equipment liners can be professionally installed on-site in approximately half the time it usually takes to measure, cut, and install the same size liner from sheet.
Inductive proximity sensors
Pepperl+Fuchs Pile Driver series of inductive proximity sensors feature a thick metal sensing face in a stainless-steel housing. Heavy-duty construction protects against lubricants, cutting fluids, and metal shards typically found in industrial applications. The sensors are capable of both ferrous and nonferrous metal detection with no reduction factor and are available in 12-mm (0.47-in), 18-mm (0.71-in) and 30-mm (1.2-in) diameter housings, as well as ac/dc and 3-wire dc outputs.
Clamps and couplings
Oetiker's various clamp styles in both zinc-plated steel and stainless steel feature quick installation, tamper resistance, and low-profile posture with a constant seal. The units will hold against pressure, vacuum, vibration, and fluctuations in temperature. The clamps do not damage hose/tubing materials. Oetiker's Swing Coupling will interchange with most common plug systems, providing a universal and flexible connection. It allows unrestricted full flow with safe, quick connection and disconnection under pressure. Applications may include compressed air supply for pneumatic tools, automation equipment, and supply lines carrying low-viscosity fluids and gases.
Concrete pump
Multiquip Mayco Div.'s C-30 HDN high-performance concrete pump is suited for masonry, concrete, and specialty applications. It is fitted with a 29-kW (39-hp), four-cylinder, liquid-cooled Nissan gas engine that offers a number of performance improvements compared to its predecessor, the C-30 HD. The pump will soon be offered with the option of a 29-kW (39-hp) Deutz diesel engine. The pump features a longer frame, improved towing capability, higher power, and higher torque range. It has a 68-L (18-gal) fuel tank for improved safety and a direct-flow hopper design.
Slewing drive
Kinematics features the S900, 2825 N•m (2080 lb•ft) rotational drive. The firm makes rotational drives for horizontal slewing, positioning, and steering, as well as vertical applications such as fork lift rotators and welding tables. Capacities range from 678 N•m (500 lb•ft) to over 112,985 N•m (83,333 lb•ft).
