Scope:
This specification covers a corrosion and heat resistant cobalt alloy in the form of investment castings. These castings have been used typically for parts such as nozzles, rubbing seals, rollers, guides and supports requiring wear and/or erosion resistance in combination with corrosion and oxidation resistance for use up to 1600°F (870 °C), but usage is not limited to such applications.
