On Saturday, August 23, 2008 the governing board met to discuss the
events for the 2008-2009 fiscal year.Out of this meeting, the governing
board came up with three lists. One that contains the events that we are
fairly sure will happen, one that contains the event that we think we
can make happen, and finally, a list of events that we wish to do someday.

The almost sure thing events are:

Go Kart Racing - Meet the Governing Board/Company Reps - October
Advance Vehicle Symposium - February 2009
SAE Congress Road Trip - April 2009
Student's Night - June 2009
Mini Sols - August 2009

The events that we think we may be able to do are:

BMW 1 Series
Foundry tour

So, if you feel inclined to help out with making some of these events
(especially the ones in the second and third list) happen, please let us know.
