SAE 2012 World Congress & Exhibition
Technical Session Schedule
Tuesday, April 24
System Level Architecture Design Tools and Methods (part 1 of 2)
(Session Code: AE318)
Room D0-07A 10:00 a.m.
This session focuses on methods and design tools for the exploration, analysis, synthesis, and optimization of E/E automotive architectures.
These methods and tools are usually model-based as they are applied in the early phases (left-hand side of the V-Cycle) of the development process.
These methods and tools assist designers in deciding and configuring the communication network topology, the allocation of functions to ECU's, and the IO allocation strategies.
Organizers - Amit Choudhury, NEC ELECTRONICS; Paolo Giusto, General Motors
