Innovation in Fluid Power and Hybrid Energy Recovery
(Session Code: CV501)

Room 42  2:45 p.m.

Although not as well know as their electric siblings, hydraulic hybrid vehicles have made strong progress in recent years. Hydraulics may in fact be the better efficiency solution for many vehicle applications. This session will examine hydraulic hybrid vehicles from research through production ready phases including: Recent technical advances, fleet experiences, collaboration between the EPA, Universities and Industry.

Organizers - David Herbert, Sun Hydraulics Corp.
Chairpersons - Christopher Williamson, Caterpillar Global Mining
