Vehicle Serviceability/Diagnosability
(Session Code: CV710)

Room TBD  9:00 a.m.

Serviceability is the sum of a product’s repairability and ease, speed and accuracy of problem root cause determination; diagnosability. Greater efficiencies in service drive: increased customer satisfaction, increased dealer satisfaction, reduced cost for vehicle life cycle, reduced warranty and customer costs, and reduced downtime. Learn how companies not in the off-road construction equipment sector have and are applying SAE J817 to achieve these benefits for their products and customers. An industry path for developing index models for serviceability and diagnosability will be presented and discussed.
