Currently in his 8th year of experience with General Motors Corporation, where he has had a variety of positions including: Vehicle Scheduler (Malibu/LaCrosse), Manufacturing Analyst, Executive Graphic Support, Manufacturing Supervisor (skilled and unskilled), and Co-Op Engineer. Dustin also serves as the Marketing Committee Chair for the JumpStart Affinity group, and a member of the Kettering Alumni Board of Directors. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (Formerly GMI), and a MBA from Ellis University with a Professional Accounting concentration.

Prior to her Engineering Business Manager responsibilities, she worked in the area of EV charging technology for 4 years with GM, focusing on everything from advanced charging technologies and grid impact to charging component release and standards development. She is a member of the Jumpstart Affinity Group Marketing Committee, MOVE Detroit, and is owner of Corktown Studios, an art gallery and studio space in the Corktown neighborhood of Detroit. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical engineering and a B.S. in German Language from the University of Michigan, as well as a M.E. in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan, with a focus on power electronics.
