ACL Energy Roadmap: When the Saving Meet the Road
Ramon Ramos Moreno works in the Machine and Automation department in Airbus Illescas, where he has been since 2008. He is the responsible for Autoclaves and Automatic Fibre Laying machines there. He also serves as member of transnational Autoclaves team and local focal point for Energy savings in Illescas plant within the scope of machines and processes and was responsible for the acquisition, installation and commissioning of some tape laying and autoclaves machines in Harbin (China). Before arriving at Airbus, he developed his carrier in several companies of automotive sector. He obtained the Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer on 2001
Olivier Charrier is a French Manufacturing Engineer currently working for Airbus, France. He has spent six years working for Rolls-Royce UK specifying, delivering and commissioning manufacturing equipment for the manufacture of Wide Chord Fan Blades for Aero-engines. He has also delivered several new machines to the new Rolls-Royce factory on the Seletar Aerospace Park in Singapore. Now back in France, he is managing the installation of equipment for composite manufacturing of aeronautic parts. Olivier received his engineering degree at the engineering university “Ecole Centrale de Nantes” specialising in the Development of products and industrial systems.
Stefan Merk is working in the Machinery and Automation department in Airbus Stade. Since 2011 he is working in the field of autoclaves. In 2012 he became the main responsible for the autoclaves and the A350 wing paint shop in Stade. For the last named, he is responsible for acquisition of the new booths and the whole A350 wing painting process. He is part of a transnational autoclave team and the local focal point for energy savings for all machines in Stade. Furthermore he supported several R&T topics. In 2010 he received his Bachelor of Engineering “Composites” at the PFH Göttingen with site in Stade.
