As Manager of Powertrain Engineering On-Board Diagnostics Programs for all Chrysler Group LLC product, Mr. Zatorski is responsible for OBD compliance and requirements definition and associated coordination for all OBD Engineering development and implementation activities, including advance development, production development, calibration methodologies, manufacturing and quality and warranty; he is also the Engineering OBD regulatory agency liaison and the Chrysler lead in the USCAR Low Emissions Partnership OBD Committee.

Mr. Zatorski’s career with Chrysler has been focused primarily in Powertrain Engineering with assignments in Advanced Fuel Metering Systems, Advanced Emissions Systems, Emissions Component Development, Emission Systems Development, Powertrain Business Group, Powertrain Planning and Powertrain OBD Programs. He is one of Chrysler’s pioneers in the development of feedback emissions control systems and on-board diagnostics. Mr. Zatorski has been involved in OBD for nineteen years and has held the position of Manager, OBD Programs for fourteen years. His education includes a B.S. and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. degree.
