Rationale This document is a duplication of MIL-STD-1651 which is an active standard maintained by DLA. DLA has submitted an official request for cancellation of AS16511 based on the duplication and possible problems with procurements due to the duplication. AE-8C1 concurs with DLA and recommends cancellation of this document.
