Scope
Coordinates the aerospace standardization activities in the areas of electronic equipment, systems, and integration. These include specification, philosophy, requirements, and criteria for armament integration, multiplexing, interconnect networks, fiber optics, vehicle systems management, and processors.

Scope
Addresses the philosophy, requirements, definitions, and user issues associated with embedded computing systems. This includes open architecture instruction set architectures (ISAs) implementation technologies, standards and verification, internal interfaces and partitioning, software support systems and tools, fault tolerance, security, and multi-processor concepts.
