Heavy Duty Lighting Standards Committee

Scope:
The Heavy Duty Lighting Standards Committee is responsible for developing technical standards for Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment for Multipurpose Passenger vehicles, Trucks, Trailers, and Buses, of 2032 mm or More in Overall Width. Heavy duty lighting technical standards developed by this committee are essentially patterned after the corresponding lighting device standards for vehicles less than 2032 mm in overall width, but with more stringent environmental, physical and photometry requirements.
