Rationale:
The specification has been revised to note that Type I fluids shall not contribute to the creation of mold (3.1). In addition, a WSET minimum is now required in the thermal stability (3.3.2.2) and hard water stability (3.3.3) tests and a note has been added to 3.3.3 to indicate that additional testing with softer water may be required. A new section 3.5.3.1 has been added to institute maximum final fluid thickness requirements in the high speed ramp and low speed ramp aerodynamic tests.
