Rationale:
This standard is being revised to eliminate agricultural tractors from the scope. In addition, the standard is being corrected to reflect the current nomenclature of categories as defined in SAE J1116; 2004. This proposal to eliminate tractors has been reviewed and approved by the appropriate committee(s) within ASABE.
