Registration Packages

Package 1

Technical presentations, keynote and plenary session, exhibit, Tuesday and Wednesday lunches, reception(s) on the exhibition floor, refreshment breaks, Proceedings, and networking opportunities.

Package 2

Includes access to the exhibit and reception(s) on the exhibition floor; Hangar presentations on exhibit show floor.

Conditions of Sale

Registrations received after February 28, 2020 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to February 28, 2020. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after February 28, 2020. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after February 28, 2020.
