Aviation – An Electrifying Revolution is Coming

Hear from magniX’s Roei Ganzarski about the future of aviation in an on-demand, environmentally aware, post COVID-19 world, including: what point-to-point really means, and why we should all be thinking about the door-to-door travel experience.


Roei Ganzarski is CEO of magniX, an electric aviation propulsion company. With a vision of connecting communities with low-cost, clean air transportation, magniX is disrupting the statusquo of aviation as we know it.

Prior to magniX, Roei was CEO of BoldIQ - a global provider of dynamic real-time scheduling optimization software. Under Roei’s leadership, BoldIQ grew from a seed software startup to a multi-million dollar profitable SaaS company with customers worldwide and across industries.

Before BoldIQ, Roei was with the Boeing family of companies in continuously increasing roles of responsibility. His last role at Boeing was Chief Customer Officer for Boeing’s Flight Services division where he led all worldwide customer and market facing organizations and was responsible for revenue growth and customer service. Other experiences prior to Boeing include private investment banking, corporate finance, advertising, and the military.

He is a graduate of Wharton’s Advanced Management Program, earned an MBA from the University of Washington, and a BA in Economics from The University of Haifa. Roei is also the chairman of Eviation the electric aircraft OEM and sits on the board of the Washington Technology Industry Association. Roei lives with his family in Redmond, Washington, USA.

Marc Ausman

Co-founder and CEO,

Marc Ausman is a recognized expert in the fields of next-generation electric and autonomous aircraft. Currently he is the co-founder and CEO of, which is building the first electric Short Take-Off and Landing (eSTOL) aircraft designed for middle-mile logistics. He most recently served as Chief Strategist for the Airbus Vahana urban air mobility project. Earlier, he worked at Eclipse Aviation where he helped develop the world’s first very light jet. He is the author or co-author on eight utility patents.

Marc served with the US Navy as a naval flight officer on board the P-3C Orion. He holds a commercial pilot certificate with multiengine and instrument ratings and built his own airplane in 2006. He has a BS from Cal Poly and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dale Tutt

Vice President of Aerospace and Defense Industry, Siemens Digital Industries Software

Dale Tutt is the Vice President of Aerospace and Defense Industry for Siemens Digital Industries Software. He is responsible for defining overall the overall Aerospace and Defense industry strategy for Siemens Digital Industries Software, driving specific industry requirements into solutions for Aerospace and Defense customers.

Dale has over 30 years of experience in engineering design, development, and program leadership within the Aerospace industry. Prior to joining Siemens, Dale worked at The Spaceship Company, a sister company to Virgin Galactic, as the VP of Engineering and VP of Program Management, where he led the development and flight test of vehicles for commercial space tourism, completing a successful flight test to space in December 2018.

Prior to working at The Spaceship Company, Dale spent 18 years at Cessna Aircraft / Textron Aviation in program and project management, systems engineering and integration, advanced design, autopilot integration, simulation development and other engineering roles. In one of his most recent roles at Cessna, he was the Chief Engineer and Program Director of the Scorpion Jet program, where he led a dynamic engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing team to design, build and fly the Scorpion Jet prototype from design concept to first flight in 23 months.
