Meet in front of the Ft. Worth Convention Center at the tour pickup sign no later than 12:15 pm for check-in and departure at 12:30 pm. The tour will return to the Ft. Worth Convention Center at 3:45 pm. Lunch will be provided.

Conditions of Sale:

Registrations received after February 28, 2023 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to February 28, 2023. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed on or after February 28, 2023. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after February 28, 2023.
