Troy A. Clarke

Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Navistar International Corp.

Troy A. Clarke assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Navistar International Corp. in April 2013, after serving as Chief Operating Officer since August 2012. He was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2017. As COO, Clarke was accountable for all Navistar operations in North America and globally. He assumed this role shortly after being named President, Truck and Engine in July 2012. Clarke joined Navistar Inc. in December 2010 as President of Navistar Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for leading the company’s growth initiatives in the region. He came to Navistar after a distinguished 35-year career at General Motors. At General Motors, Clarke most recently served as President of GM North America and GM Group Vice President.

Ranju Das

General Manager, Amazon Rekognition

Ranju Das is part of the technical leadership team at Amazon Web Services, pulling from over a decade of expertise in distributed systems, architecture, web-scale analytics, big data, machine learning and high performance computing to help customers bring their ideas to life through technology. Since joining Amazon in early 2013, he has played a role in introducing significant new features and products to retail customers like Amazon Drive, and Amazon Prime Photos. Ranju has led the development of the Amazon Rekognition Service from its inception. Prior to Amazon, Ranju played a key role in the delivery of Nook Tablet, led the big data and database development for Barnes & Noble, and was founder and CEO of two startups.

Director of Uber Freight

Bill Driegert is the Director of Uber Freight, an app that seamlessly connects trucking companies with loads to haul. Prior to joining Uber, he served as Chief Operations Officer at Pillow Homes. He also spent time at Amazon as Director of Planning and Innovation with oversight over new initiatives in final mile delivery and truckload. Driegert was a founding team member of Coyote Logistics (acquired by UPS) and the company’s Chief Innovation Officer. He started his career building racecars in Vermont before joining PepsiCo to start a career in logistics.

Kirk T. Steudle, P.E.

Kirk T. Steudle, P.E., Director–Michigan Department of Transportation

Kirk T. Steudle, Director of the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) since 2006, oversees MDOT’s over $4 billion budget, and is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and operation of nearly 10,000 miles of state highways and more than 4000 state highway bridges at a department with 2500 employees.  He also oversees administration of a variety of multi-modal transportation programs and projects. Steudle is a national leader in the development of connected and automated vehicle technologies, and was the 2014-15 Chair for the Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America) Board of Directors. He also is a member of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Program Advisory Committee to the U.S. Department of Transportation.
