Q: Is there WiFi in the exhibit hall?
A: No, but it can be purchased through the exhibitor kit.
Q: Can exhibitors attend sessions?
A: Yes, the exhibit hall will have a soft close during the sessions and are encouraged to attend sessions.
Q: Does the exhibit booth need to be manned during technical sessions?
A: : No, it’s a soft close.
Q: Do you have a meeting room I could use for a meeting?
A: We only have meeting rooms on the show floor that can be customized for each company. They are $10,000 for all three days and include graphic panels, a table, and chairs.
Q: I’m local, where should I park?
The best place to park would be 200 South and 200 West. The entrance is on the North side of 200 South just before the 200 West intersection. You can view it on Google maps HERE.
Q: Is the exhibit hall carpeted or will carpet be provided?
A: No, the exhibit hall is not carpeted or provided. Carpet or other flooring is required in exhibit hall at exhibitor’s expense.
