Includes One (1) Morning and Afternoon Break, Lunch, Reception, Plenary Sessions, Technical Sessions, Exhibit, Presentation files provided post event.


 

Conditions of Sale

Registrations received after January 14, 2020 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to January 14, 2020. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after January 14, 2020. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after January 14, 2020.

Please note that photographs and video taken by or on behalf of SAE International of event activities and attendees shall be the property of SAE International.  By registering for an SAE International event, you consent to the use by SAE International of any photograph or video in which you appear, including for promotional purposes, in print, digital, or other format, without notice or compensation to you.
