“I have been attending the SAE OBD Symposium for decades and have always found attendance worth my time and resources.  At the symposium you participate in discussions with both industry professionals involved in designing OBD systems and government officials involved in developing OBD regulations and certifying OBD systems.  This provides insight as to what works, and as appropriate, compliant making for a valuable experience.  Whether you are relatively new to OBD or an experienced practitioner, the SAE OBD Symposium will provide you with insight into OBD issues you are interested in.”
