SAE understands the impact of COVID-19 not only on events, but also your business operations overall. To this end, we are enhancing our cancellation policy for all of our Fall 2020 virtual events, our first quarter 2021 events, as well as WCX 2021 World Congress Experience. These enhancements will allow you to make a risk-free exhibit or sponsorship commitment.

Updates to our cancellation policy include:

• If SAE is required to cancel an in-person event you can expect a 100% refund promptly and without hassle.
• Because of changing business conditions, you may have to withdraw your participation. Our policy enhancements let you cancel and receive a refund with zero cancellation fees. As an exhibitor or sponsor, we will refund your money in full less any at-cost expenses incurred for the production of branded materials.
