7:00 a.m.  Inspection Team meeting/training
7:30 a.m. Site opens for teams
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Team registration
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Technical inspections
8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Oral Presentation Judges meeting
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Oral Presentations
 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.  Welcome ceremony and mandatory event briefing for all team members: ALL team members must attend. At the end of the briefing, there will be a drawing for raffle prizes for the teams! Must be present to win!

Saturday, March 9, 2019
Thunderbird Field, Lake Benbrook
6:15 a.m. Flying Field Open
7:30 a.m. Pilot's Safety Briefing followed by Flight line workers and Flight Stewards briefing
8:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.  Flying (Note: Flying starts at 8:00 a.m. sharp!)

Micro Class
Advanced Class
(Lunch provided during flight rounds—flying does not stop for lunch.)
Note: this schedule runs 45 min longer than in years past, to accommodate the larger number of teams for East 2019.

Noon  Lunch (flying continues during lunch)
1:00 to 1:45 p.m.  Score tabulation
1:45 to 2:30 p.m. Award ceremony
2:30 p.m. Event closes
Note that this schedule runs an hour longer than in years' past, due to the increased number of teams. Please plan travel accordingly. Also, the award ceremony start time may be delayed by inclement weather or event operations. Unlikely to be delayed by more than 30-60 minutes.
