1. Why was the in-person event canceled?
Due to concerns around the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, along with health directives and guidance from governmental and international health authorities, government- and corporate-imposed travel restrictions, and distancing and gathering directives and recommendations, resulted in SAE International making the responsible decision to cancel the in-person Urban Mobility & Smart City Workshop.
2. Can I get a refund on my registration?
Attendees: All registered attendees will receive a full refund.
Exhibitors & Sponsors: Our sales team will reach out directly to discuss the benefits and options for participation in the 2020 virtual event.
3. Will there be a virtual event to present the content?
We are transitioning the in-person event to a virtual event to ensure all content is available to all parties. More details will be available soon on the Urban Mobility & Smart Cities Workshop website.
4. Can I get a refund on my travel?
Many airlines are offering change fee waivers for booked airfare. Please contact your travel provider for their currently established fee and cancellation policies.
