Emergency Procedures During This SAE Event

During this SAE event attendees are to follow the established emergency guidelines of the facility where the emergency occurs. Based on the location of the incident, report emergencies to the nearest venue representative and/or security personnel if available, or report to the SAE operations office onsite.

Should a catastrophic event occur, attendees should follow the safety and security instructions issued by the facility at the time of the event. This includes listening for instructions provided through the public address system and following posted evacuation routes if required.

In case of an emergency, or a major disruption to the schedule of the event, attendees and exhibitors may call the below number to receive updated information on the status of the event. Updates will also be provided via the SAE website at www.sae.org and event mobile app.

Technical Sessions

A key group of organizers representing leading companies within the industry is meticulously planning this event.

These Technical Sessions, developed by industry professionals to maximize relevance, are designed to allow attendees like you the opportunity to gather timely and stimulating information to enhance your skills and creativity. Please know that this schedule is a work-in-progress and presentations may shift days/times. The program will be finalized when all the speaking slots are complete and full for the two days. Special Events

Poster Invitation—To promote the exchange of research findings related to waste heat recovery, attendees are invited to participate with a poster, to be displayed during the scheduled networking breaks. Stands and foam boards (90 x 120 cm) will be provided free of charge at the Technion. Setup should be completed prior to the first coffee break at 11:00 am on May 24.  If you are interested, please email colette.wright@sae.org the content to be highlighted in the poster. This information will be reviewed to assure its technical integrity. Entries must be received by Friday, April 13, for consideration.

Technical Tour Day—On May 23, participate in a technical tour of the Israel Aerospace Industries and the Wankel engines Plant, Elbit Systems. Advance registration for this tour day is required (name, country, and passport numbers will be collected for clearance).

Conditions of Sale:

Registrations received after April 27, 2018 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to April 27, 2018. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after April 27, 2018. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after April 27, 2018.
